1. Acceptance
By accessing or using linqmarket ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The Platform is offered globally.
3. Account Registration
You may register with an email address and password, or by signing in with a compatible crypto wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach.
4. Platform Description
linqmarket is a prediction market platform that allows users to buy and sell positions on the outcome of real-world events. All positions are denominated in USDT on BSC & Polygon. Shares resolve to 1 USDT for winning outcomes and 0 for losing outcomes. The Platform quotes both sides of every market and acts as counterparty or executes positions via third-party liquidity providers.
5. Risk Disclosure
Prediction markets carry inherent financial risk. The value of any position may fall to zero. Past performance of any market or outcome is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. The Platform does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice.
6. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are accepted in USDT on BSC or Polygon to your designated deposit address. Withdrawals are processed to any valid BSC or Polygon address you specify. A minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal apply, as displayed in the Platform at the time of the transaction. Fees for withdrawals are shown before confirmation and may change with notice.
7. Fees
The Platform charges fees on trades and withdrawals. All applicable fees are displayed to you before you confirm any transaction. Fee rates may be updated with notice. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated fee schedule.
8. Market Resolution
Markets are resolved based on verified data sources for the underlying event. In the event of a disputed or unresolvable outcome, the Platform may delay resolution, refund all positions, or take other appropriate action at its sole discretion. Disputed markets are clearly marked in the UI.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use automated tools to manipulate market prices or the Platform's systems; (b) engage in wash trading, collusion, or any form of market manipulation; (c) attempt to circumvent the Platform's security or access controls; (d) use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law; or (e) provide false information in connection with your account.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, design, software, and trademarks on the Platform are owned by or licensed to linqmarket. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, linqmarket and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. The Platform's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. On termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any funds in your account at the time of termination will be made available for withdrawal, subject to applicable terms.
15. Governing Terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and linqmarket regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
